Drive & Shine Mobile Detailing · Conway, Arkansas · Effective: January 1, 2025
Please read these terms carefully.
By booking a service with Drive & Shine, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all detailing services, membership plans, and add-on services offered by Drive & Shine.
1. Services
Drive & Shine ("we," "us," or "our") provides mobile vehicle detailing services in and around Conway, Arkansas. Services include interior detailing, exterior detailing, combined in-and-out packages, and add-on services as listed on our website or communicated at the time of booking.
All services are performed at the location provided by the customer at the time of booking. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a suitable, accessible location with adequate space is available at the scheduled time.
2. Booking & Appointments
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by text message. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written or text confirmation from Drive & Shine.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Appointment times are estimates. We will do our best to arrive on time but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or prior appointment overruns.
The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and available at the scheduled time.
If we cannot access the vehicle at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation (see Cancellation Policy below).
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
24+ hours notice: Full cancellation at no charge. You may reschedule at no cost.
Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of $25 may apply.
No-shows: If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle or reach the customer, a no-show fee of $35 will be charged.
Drive & Shine cancellations: If we need to cancel due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no charge.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment platforms (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle). Membership plans are billed automatically on a monthly basis via the payment method on file.
Prices are subject to change. The price in effect at the time of booking will be honored.
Additional services requested on the day of the appointment may be added to the final invoice at standard rates.
Declined or failed payments for membership plans will result in a temporary pause of service until the payment is resolved.
5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Drive & Shine takes great care with every vehicle. However, customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, known issues, or sensitive areas prior to the start of service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, chips, dents, cracked trim, faded paint, or other pre-existing conditions.
Vehicles with extreme soiling (biohazard, heavy pet hair, mold, or significant odor issues) may require additional time and will be subject to additional charges.
If we discover conditions that may affect the safety or quality of our work, we reserve the right to stop service and consult with the customer before proceeding.
Aftermarket modifications, custom paint, or non-factory finishes are serviced at the customer's risk.
6. Liability Limitation
Drive & Shine uses professional-grade, vehicle-safe products and equipment. However, detailing services involve physical contact with vehicle surfaces, and results may vary depending on the vehicle's age, paint condition, and history.
Drive & Shine's liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage discovered during or after the service
Damage resulting from faulty or defective vehicle surfaces (e.g., peeling clear coat, cracked trim)
Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
Incidental or consequential damages of any kind
In the rare event of damage caused by our direct negligence, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address the concern promptly.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Remove all personal valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
Ensure the vehicle is accessible (unlocked or keys provided) at the scheduled time.
Disclose any known sensitivities, allergies, or preferences regarding cleaning products before service begins.
Provide accurate contact information and a valid location for the appointment.
8. Weather Policy
Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. We monitor conditions closely and will contact you if we need to reschedule due to rain, extreme heat, or other conditions that could affect service quality or safety. Rescheduling due to weather carries no cancellation fee for either party.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will make it right — either by returning to correct the issue at no charge or, at our discretion, providing a partial or full refund for the affected service.
10. Changes to These Terms
Drive & Shine reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Drive & Shine shall be resolved in Faulkner County, Arkansas.
