How do I book an appointment

You can book online through our website, send us a text, or give us a call. We'll confirm your appointment and send a reminder before your scheduled day. Booking online is the fastest way to lock in your preferred time slot.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time. Same-day appointments may be available depending on our schedule — just text us and we'll let you know. Members on our for maintenance Gold and Diamond plans receive priority scheduling.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Conway, Arkansas and serve the surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we come to your location, just text us your zip code and we'll confirm. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We just ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer that slot to another customer. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $25 fee. No-shows are charged a $35 fee. Life happens — just let us know as soon as you can.

Do you come to my home or workplace?

Both! We come to wherever your vehicle is parked — your home, office, apartment complex, or any other location. We just need enough space to work around the vehicle and access to the area. Tip, parking lots, driveways, and shaded spots work great.

Question 6

What happens if it rains on my appointment day?

Accepted Answer

We monitor the weather closely. If conditions are going to affect the quality of your service or the safety of our equipment, we'll contact you to reschedule at no charge to either party. We never want to rush a job because of weather — your car deserves our best work.
